Refunds and Returns
Please notify us and send a photo immediately if your package or products arrive damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We typically accept returns if contacted within 1 week (7 days) of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with all tags in original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. Please email us at printpopcreations@outlook.com and include your name, address and order number.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned items may incur a 10% processing fee. If item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for cost of lost value. If your return is accepted we will issue refund. This can take up to 10 business days due to processing times. If 15 days have passed and you have not gotten your refund please reach out.
